The original supplier of our Solar Heating system (Smart Energy)went bust some time ago. The system was producing no hot water and there was an error message on the control unit. Chris came to look at it very quickly. He researched the system and diagnosed a fault in the control and a burnt out pump, phoned for the replacement pump (fortunately they are still available!) and it was delivered to our home the following day. He came and fitted it the next day(Saturday), flushed out the system, replaced the fuse in the control unit and gave everything a very through check over. The final bill was very reasonable. Very pleasant chap and he explained it all clearly. Definately recommended!

2nd time I have needed to call on Chris. This time for a faulty central heating boiler. Numerous other problems too which were all dealt with in one visit and with no fuss. Very professional and a really helpful and pleasant person to deal with.

Chris was exceptionally helpful both over the telephone and onsite. Engineer was completely open about the work required and provided a large amount of information. Also answered all questions on the operation of the system. Engineer also highlighted issues with the central heating system and advised me what additional repairs would be required from the central heating engineer.

Very good company to deal with from beginning to end. Price was way below other quotes we obtained, but we now have a high quality solar hot water system. Chris, Tom and Jeremy worked long days to ensure minimum disruption - hot water was only off for a few hours. Complications arising from our antiquated heating system were overcome with no fuss and no extra charge.

Chris provided a price that reflected the work that was carried out, no salesmanship.  Chris was also happy to take me to a earlier installation. The original installation plan changed which required some extra materials and some additional work.  Chris stuck to the price and was happy to accommodate the changes.
