We were requested to attend to leaks in bathroom and supplied materials and repaired leak. We were on site for 4 hours 15 minutes, an estimate was given for the work. An invoice was supplied. We also attended to a further small leak on bath, no charge was made for this appointment. We did not receive any correspondence/telephone calls from the customer to say they were unhappy with the work carried out or the amount invoiced. A checkatrade card was sent to the customer as a matter of course.
