The work was good arrived when said and done the job. We received the bill and felt shocked by it. I feel that I was not told at any point we would be charged and extra hour work if they go over the hour by 1 minute. They were there for 1 hour 10 minutes and we were charged for 2 hours labour I am not happy about this.

I like the idea of the feedback system as it gives my customers the ability to air their thoughts and experiences on the work this company has carried out for them. I would have liked it better in this case if the customer had explained both sides of the story. The customer was clearly told of the hourly rate to which she agreed to at the time and after the work was completed signed a job sheet to agree the time spent at her property. I feel that this customers comments are unfair, I have been in business for 22 years, this doesn't happen if you don't look after your customers.

Our usual plumber was too busy to help us, so Niall Catlin stepped in, matching our quote and booking us in very quickly. The lady plumber was lovely. She checked exactly what we wanted done before the work began and again afterwards, making sure we were happy before she left. She even gave us an option to move a pipe to make a bit more storage room in the cabinet, even though it was more effort on her part. Really really impressed and will definitely use Naill Catlin again. A swift, professional service.

I called Niall at 8am to inquire about a new Hot Water Cylinder, as my old one was leaking, they were on site 30 minutes earlier than predicted at 10am. The lady plumber was excellent and replaced two stopcocks as well as completing the work quickly and with very little disruption. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived after vacuuming the hall and stairs before they left. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them.

Fitted a hot water pump which then leaked through the kitchen ceiling. Now it turns out that the pump fitted is the wrong one - would like it replaced or a refund of the money paid. Abusive on the phone and put the phone down on me.

The engineer turned up 1 hour 20 minutes late. Never called to let me know or apologised. I had no idea they had a minimum call out charge, the first I knew about it was when I received the Invoice. The Director called me in an aggressive manner and did not listen to me at all.
