Downstairs W/C, tiling and new tiling and plastering to kitchen
The plumbing was unsatisfactory and has since had to be altered correctly, the tiling was unsatisfactory and didn't line through with each other. The plastering to the kitchen was certainly not up to standard so much so that I would need to spend a day filling before I can paint. I also paid them to put a new light fitting in which never got done. I have now had to pay another builder to come and put all this work this right.

In my opinion I try to keep all my customers happy as you can see the true reflection from all my other reports. with this customer we were called in at the last minute as she had sacked her previous builders and wanted the job completed early January.to help them out and in christmas spirit worked over the entire holiday period including Boxing Day. but with the budget and materials supplied and constant changing of goal posts nothing would have kept this customer happy
