Replacement of an old systems boiler for a new combi boiler.
When I contacted Neal regarding a new boiler he called me back almost immediately and arranged a date to visit my house and give me a quote. He offered good advice specific to my particular needs and gave me three possible estimates for three different boiler options and locations. He answered all my questions and concerns and kept to all dates and times. Mark, Jack and Geoff were all very courteous and polite and I felt comfortable leaving them in the house whilst I went to work. After completion all surfaces were made good and the house was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neal and his plumbers to anyone requiring a new heating system.

New Boiler Fitted
I wanted to take advantage of changing my old boiler and benefit from the government scrapage scheme.  Neil looked at the job and came up with an excellent and clever solution suggesting a different location for my new boiler and guided me through the paperwork which made it very straightforward. His team are skillful.  It took just 2 days. When they arrived Mark, Jack and Geoff obviously had been well briefed as to what the job involved and were totally focused on doing a professional job.  They had a very good attitude, were considerate and tidy. They had good equipment and did not take short cuts.  Thank you Neil.

Boiler repair.
Best service from a tradesman I have had. Tried to fix the problem over the phone to save a call out fee. When this couldn't be done, was able to come within an hour and fix problem, minimum fuss, minimum fee. Brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

Connected Gas Cooker
Even though it was a Saturday evening Neal was happy to come out and connect our cooker. He was very helpful and friendly and we would happily use or recommend again.

Replace floor standing boiler with wall mounted one.
After contacting the Gas Register on Sunday and asking for 3 quotes Neal phoned me about 8am and was at my house about 9:30am. He took the details and a quote was with me on Monday afternoon.  The replacing my leaking floor standing boiler for a wall mounted one was started on time at 8am Thursday, and completed the same day! I was amazed how efficient everything worked out from Neal to his two installers Jeff and Mark.  For two mid seventies pensioner to have this service in the middle of winter was absolutely brilliant.

Identified boiler problem and fixed.
Neal identified the problem and tried the cheaper solution first - replaced a sensor. As this didn't fix the problem the PCB has to be the cause. This he replaced and now the boiler is fine. I was well pleased with all aspects of Neal's service.

Replacement of old floor standing boiler with a wall hung unit and sundry associated works
Of three quotes, Neal's and one other were close in price but Neal's solutions and professionalism were the best of the three. Work was completed in just over a day but a temporary fix allowed the boiler to provide heating and hot water in the evening and overnight. There was one leak which was rapidly solved out of hours and we are fully satisfied with the overall outcome.

Replace internal stopcock and fit 'Surestop' mechanism
An excellent service, responded quickly in an emergency, even took the time to increase the pressure in my boiler although it was unrelated to the call out. they provided a professional, helpful, polite and friendly service, even calling after to ensure that I knew how to work the new mechanism.
