NJ Lees Plumbing & Heating is a family run business with over 28 years experience. We are a Energy Efficiency Installer that is gas safety registered in both Domestic and light Commercial works and offer a high standard of work at competitive rates. As Worcester Accredited Installers we are pleased to announce an extended 5 Year Warranty on parts and labour for all new Worcester Greenstar boilers

Our Team of engineers are all CRB checked and work to the standards laid out with the buy with confidence scheme set up by the trading standards. we are members of checkatrade and feedback left buy customers can be viewed. This also includes Boiler repairs and Servicing, Landlords Gas Safety Certificates, Condensing Boiler Replacements, energy saving system upgrades, full solar systems and Unvented hot water systems.

Fixed a leak on our boiler

Really pleased! Our boiler was leaking all over over kitchen floor and he turned up very quickly! He removed the back panel from one of our very new kitchen units with no damage and located and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. Will definately use again, wish we had used him for previous work we have had done!

Installation of new boiler

Cannot praise Neal and his team highly enough. Pity l didn't know about them years ago - l will certainly call Neal for any future work l may need doing. If you want first class service by an A1 team who you can trust, l suggest you use them too!

Removal of old boiler and installing a new one

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. The quote was competitive, no bamboozling me with science or unnecessary 'extras'! The work carried out quickly. The workmen were punctual, extremely courteous and they replaced the boiler with a minimum of fuss and tidied up after themselves. They even put with my inquisitive collie! Thank you for a job done well! I would certainly use you in the future.

Motorised Valve replaced

Mr Lees responded to my call very swiftly and the valve was replaced the next day. Very pleased to have heating over Christmas! Excellent job.

Installing new boiler

Neal and his great team did an excellent job installing a new boiler and radiators, and I’m really pleased with everything. I needed to replace an old back boiler and Neal recommended fitting the replacement in the loft. I thought there would be a lot of disruption, but the whole job was done in just a few days with none of the mess I was expecting. Neal’s team were really patient and considerate with all my questions, and went the extra mile to make sure things were right. Neal inspires confidence with his knowledge and experience, and goes about things very professionally. Good value for money too. I would recommend and use again.

Change of boiler for heating and domestic hot water.

Mrs b Lewis hove. From the moment Mr lees entered my house I new he was what I was looking for as a plumbing company. He was polite did not try to baffle me with something I did not understand .His work men where just as polite clean tidy and a thank you for the coffee .And we did not understand time clock and was not a problem to come back and reset it for me I would not hesitate to recommend to others. New Boiler fitted for my Mother

From the moment I left a message of enquiry, the response was fast and efficient and extremely polite. Neal was able to quote that week at a time to suit me and within 1 week the work was done. Every time I was told exactly what was happening. He introduced me to the person who would be doing the fitting. The work was done quickly and effectively, he worked in a tidy and considerate manner. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Neal's company.

Installed new combi boiler, pipework and additional radiators in my new house

Neal Lees gave me a competitive quote compared to others and were able to do the work for me promptly. They were reliable, very helpful and did the job to a very high standard. I have since also used this company to connect a gas cooker and once again they were prompt in doing the job. I would recommend anyone to use them and have infact already done so to people I know.
