When Noel gave us his estimate he hoped that he may be able to just skim some of the walls and only re-plaster where needed, and the quote given was based on this. However, once he had started working he found that this would not be possible and that the walls he was hoping to skim would have to be stripped and completely re-plastered. This he did without complaint or any request for extra payment. The walls are still drying out now but from what we can see so far they are beautifully smooth. Overall, we would highly recommend Noel if you are in need of plastering work.

Noel was polite and courteous. He kept me well informed of the various problems we faced and made practical suggestions to resolve them. Despite the job evolving into something a lot bigger the costs were kept to a minimum. Noel even worked on the bank holiday to make sure the job was finished in time!
