Went in for a basic service, when I picked the car up my lights didn't work. They said that was nothing to do with them but would fix it anyway as a good will thing. I don't know but they were working when it went in. Also my seats were left dirty. Again that wasn't them, mm. In my opinion over all I felt that they were a bit off with me because I questioned there work.

Took the car in to be fixed at another garage regarding replacing an ignition cable, which they did, but also damaged other parts of the vehicle resulting in the engine almost catching on fire and cutting off, North Street Garage took the car in and sourced the problem explaining it could have only been done manually, they fixed the car within the same day. The guys were very courteous and even did extras such as replace anti coolant etc.

The service and works needed to pass the MOT were carried out efficiently and professionally. All costs were advised as they arose and service from the team was excellent. I also dropped in recently to ask for a front light bulb to be changed which they did immediately and free of charge (as I was a 'regular'), something which highlights their exemplary customer service.
