Really nice workmanship - Clive clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and it shows in the results. Clive offered advice on how to go about the project and get the best results. He takes time to check you are happy with what has been achieved and kept us updated as he progressed. The work was completed on time and in budget. When we phoned Nu Drives and explained we had a problem with a badly fitted and dangerous manhole cover, we were treated very courteously, even though it was only a small job. They came and inspected it very quickly, identified the problem and sorted it with the minimum of fuss. Fully recommended and we will certainly contact them in the future should we require any work done on the drive - large or small.

Clive was very helpful and always kept us informed of when he was going to be able to start the job. He was always very polite and tidy, he was particularly helpful when it came to choosing the paviors as I had trouble deciding which ones to go for. He even managed to obtain the more expensive ones that we really wanted but couldn't afford at a reduced price by using a different supplier. I would thoroughly recommend Nu-Drives, Clive's prices were very reasonable and his standard of work and attention to detail was really excellent. A 5 Star service.

I pride myself on customer satisfaction with the work that I do, so I was very disappointed that the customer was not happy. The customer insisted on the slabs being laid a certain way, against my advice, I continually asked her if she was happy with the path,which she was. When we finished the pathway she said that she was very pleased with the job. Two days later she rang and said that she was not happy and i returned the next day to look at the path,which structurally, was fine but she did not like the look that she had chosen. I returned the day after that and re-done the path for her, as i had originally advised her to have it. I did this at no extra cost to her and she only paid the original quotation price. When I left the customer was satisfied with the job and i subsequently rung her a few months after to check that she was still happy and she said that she was. Checkatrade Note: Nu Drives currently have 95 recommendations with Checkatrade and have been a member with us since 2002. During this time and always maintaining regular feedback, we have never been aware of any customers who have been unhappy with their workmanship, or the service provided.
