I pride myself on customer satisfaction with the work that I do, so I was very disappointed that the customer was not happy. The customer insisted on the slabs being laid a certain way, against my advice, I continually asked her if she was happy with the path,which she was. When we finished the pathway she said that she was very pleased with the job. Two days later she rang and said that she was not happy and i returned the next day to look at the path,which structurally, was fine but she did not like the look that she had chosen. I returned the day after that and re-done the path for her, as i had originally advised her to have it. I did this at no extra cost to her and she only paid the original quotation price. When I left the customer was satisfied with the job and i subsequently rung her a few months after to check that she was still happy and she said that she was.
