Oakview Property Services is a small family run business We undertake all aspects of property maintenance, refurbishment and building work . All work is carried out either by myself or with other tradesmen whom I have been working closely with for years, We will project manage the job from start to finish and all work is always overseen by myself, the proprietor. I pride myself in my prompt clean service and attention to detail, I have high standards and expect the same from the people who work for me. I am happy to take on small jobs such as a leaking tap or gutter, or fitting a curtain rail all the way up to a complete property refurbishment or extension. Replace rotten fence panels posts with new

Took down old fence panels and posts, replace with concrete posts and new panels. Turned up on time stated, good and tidy job. Left site as they found it. No mud. Efficient and finished to a high standard.

Kitchen - removed hob sink and existing work tops raised level for new worktops, replaced hob, sink, taps, etc.

Was most impressed with Andy. He carried out the work efficiently and satisfactorily, and tidied up after each visit. Will certainly use him again.

General building and landscaping work including stud work, door lining and hanging, plaster boarding, patio laying, pergola construction, fencing, etc

Andy has undertaken a number of general building and landscaping projects throughout this year for us and I would thoroughly recommend him. He is totally trustworthy, punctual, tidy and reliable with a very high standard of workmanship without charging the earth. A genuinely nice guy who is willing to go the extra mile to get things sorted, which seems so rare nowadays and why we'll be using him for a number of projects on the horizon. 100% recommended.
