Nick and the Team undertook a complete refurb of the bungalow. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom and replastered and decorated every room. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work carried out. As this was an old kitchen it was not very straight forward and you needed someone who was experienced. Problems that arose were quickly dealt with. They always arrived on time and although the work took longer than was originally thought they continued with it and did not go off to other jobs. It was also good that any work such as plastering, electrics etc was done by them saving us the hassle of finding other tradesmen. We would not hesitate to employ them again.

An excellent job done. Robbie, the carpenter who fitted the kitchen, was always punctual and carried out his work in a professional way, with great personal initiative, even fitting an outside tap for us without us needing to ask. We would definitely recommend his workmanship in future. The structural work was done to a very good standard too, even though there was a slight delay before it was finally finished off. A very professional company over all.

This job was not a straightforward one week project it entailed many aspects which could not be done quicker. Customer did not live at the property whilst the work was being carried out, however the job was made tidy at the end of each day. When customer commented on a pile of rubbish we explained that this would be removed at the end of the job. Job was signed off and in my opinion customer was happy.

In response to the customers scoring above I would like to make the folllowing comments: This kitchen was fitted by us through a major DIY Store and we have to get completion certificates signed by the client to say if they are happy with the installation, if they are not happy then they do not sign. This certificate was signed by the customer and he seemed happy with our work. We have been back on three occasions,once to change a door which had got moisture in it and twice to re-align doors. On these occasions the work has been monitored by our installation Manager who feels that there is nothing wrong with the work. I feel that if the workmanship was not to a good standard then the DIY store would not have paid us for the work.
