Repair soffit.
Lee replaced approx 2m of soffit.  Painted it and left site clean and tidy. I would recommend them.

New bathroom
Friendly, trustworthy, honest guy.  Lee removed our old bathroom and installed a new suite, even supplying us with an awkward-sized bath at trade-price. He removed the old tiles and re-tiled according to our design, and tiled the floor.  He supplied us with a shopping list before he arrived and was more than happy to answer my clue less questions - we kept in touch via email and he was always prompt with his responses even when he was away from home. He stuck to his original quote and time-scale - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will be contacting him again next year when we replace our kitchen!

Window and door repair.
Lee visited site, assessed the repairs and fixed them.  He didn't try to find extra work that didn't need to be done. Very trustworthy.  I would recommend them.

Supply and fit bathroom.
Lee fitted bath, left key to house while on holiday, all worked was completed satisfactory and was left in a tidy condition.

Complete installation of bathroom
Lee took on board exactly what we required and the fact that we were on a fairly tight budget. To this end he gave us a very reasonable quote which he stuck to. He was very helpful and took obvious pride in his work and I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work. He also helped us out with any other plumbing problems we had in the house without any fuss. I would certainly recommend him to anyone for any type of job - as I believe he doesn't just do plumbing.
