Someone arrived within the hour, as promised, to make safe the broken window. It was replaced 48 hours later by a very pleasant man (Steve?) who did a great job. .....and he took his shoes off in my house!! Would definitely recommend.

From my initial contact through to completion of the work the approach was professional and friendly. Indicative of their approach was the action I spotted of the person doing the replacement brushing a ladder clean of dust before bringing it into the house. A simple but revealing aspect of how they work. I would certainly go back to them.
