Replaced boiler, radiator move.

I picked Mick from Checkatrade based on the comments and ratings he has deservedly received. Straight forward, no nonsense advice and from first visit for the quote to job done it was impressive work. Turned up first thing, cracked on with the job and got the whole thing finished in a day - very pleased with the new boiler he recommended too. All in all, an experience that restores your faith in local tradesmen - someone that knows their stuff, delivers what he says he will, at a very fair price and to a high quality. I don't usually write reviews but Mick deserves it! Very pleased and will be using On Tap for all future plumbing needs.

Bathroom water leak and drainpipe fix.

I had problem with water leaking under my bath whenever I used the overhead shower. It turned out the pipes were fine, but it was water leaking under the taps fitted by the builder (I have a new build property). Michael checked the bath and taps, also looking for any other possible leaks. As the property is new, he advised me to contact the builder under the NHBC scheme and told me exactly what to tell them. He also checked a drain pipe (waste water) which wasn't quite flowing correctly, fixed it and didn't charge me anything for his time. From being used to being ripped off by tradesmen (in Kent) who were either late, didn't show, or didn't do a good job, it was great to meet someone who was so helpful and punctual. Highly recommended!
