Fixed a leaky broken boiler.
Elliott answered my phone call, I was so glad he knew what he was talking about (and wasn't a grumpy receptionist!). He was polite, honest, very patient. I had felt nervous from having nasty workmen do bad jobs in the past - but he was so reassuring. Adam came to fix my boiler - he was friendly, professional, didn't mind explaining everything to me - super nice. I couldn't be more pleased! I would definitely recommend!!

Repaired leaking water tank and dodgy ball valve.
I missed my original time slot but Michael kindly came back to diagnose problem. Arranged the work to be done 2 days later, he arrived before he was due, sorted the problem in less than 15 minutes! Can't fault his service, will definitely use him again.

Install radiators in kitchen and bathroom.
Mick is very efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending him. He knew what had to be done, did it in the most efficient manner and cleared up. What more can I say?
