SMALL JOB SPECIALIST - I will attend the smallest of job!
I strive to answer my phone when you ring (!) or within 1-2 hours during office hours and usually the same out of office hours.
There is no call out charge for attending to quote - I charge only for work done.
My niche is SMALL JOBS - no job is too small. I also carry out larger jobs such as full heating installations and bathrooms. I strive to carry most of the common parts required to avoid trips to suppliers saving you time and money. I strive to offer a quick response service.
I try to avoid charging by the hour and prefer to five fixed prices - it can encourage a tradesman to make the job work for him and a customer has no cap on how much the job will be. On my website www.OnTimePlumber.co.uk, I have listed prices for many of the common jobs. Over the phone, these prices will be accurate 95% of the time.
On arrival, I will give you an exact fixed price or a range where the job is of the type that throws up hidden issues e.g when dismantling a toilet to replace the syphon, many times the close coupling kit will be rusty and is best replaced. You will be advised of this and your agreement will be obtained before any further charges are made.

I normally tend to work just in Brighton and Hove to provide a rapid response service but the company is expanding so we are eager to work along the South Coast from Shoreham to Peacehaven.
