Exterior painting, rotten wood replaced, broken tiles replaced, guttering checked over.
The weather was very mixed so the work took longer than originally estimated but it was November! We're very pleased with all the work we've had done and everyone involved in working on our house was extremely polite. Since the work was completed we've had many comments from neighbours saying how smart our house looks. We also think it looks much better than it has after the previous couple of times we've had the outside painting done since we've lived here.

Flat lead roof and replace any broken tiles on house and outbuildings
I was in need of a new lead roof on an extension to my farmhouse cottage. Being Grade 2 listed it had to be right, several quoted but none seemed to instil confidence. I contacted ON TOP ROOFING from CHECKATRADE and met Matthew and found the confidence I was looking for a skilled experienced professional roofer. I watched as Mat laid, shaped and plenished the lead, what a skill and what a perfect job very fairly priced. Since that job Mat and his colleague Rick have gone on to replace over several hundred tiles to the cottage and outbuildings all for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Mat and Rick.

Renewed of all gutters, fascias and soffits to 3no elevations of semi detached bungalow
Watched job being done next door and was impressed by their workmanship.,removing all the old timber first. Early start 8am on the dot. Worked all day till 5.Worked an hour later on final day to complete the job and swept up after. Two nice lads and good workers. Very pleased with the job done
