New kitchen door, work tops and  sink.

In my opinion I feel very dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Doors do not fit and have large gaps. Veneer peeling and with bubbles ,also badly fitted. We were told the doors would be made to measure and expected a perfect fit. Estimated 3 days , has taken 7 days and still not finished. Unhelpful attitude.

I feel that I have to disagree with the customers comments. I have been back to the customer and offered to carry out any snagging work they were not satisfied with. As regards reliability and time keeping, I spent one day taking the customer to a DIY store to help them choose taps and underwall unit lighting,which had not been charged for in the labour terms. I was not able to start on the agreed date due to DIY store fitters running over time . I always strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times hence my good score with Checkatrade to date.
