At ONS, Health and Safety is paramount. Due to the hazards of working around small children with electrical equipment, our engineer felt it would be safer for the customer's children if the work was continued off site. The client was kept informed at regular intervals as work progressed. The client was also given a bottle of nice red wine as a gesture of goodwill, along with a bottle of good quality champagne in a presentation case.
