We are a child friendly company and very conscientious of our health and safety obligations. We cover all areas of home improvements whether they are large or small. We can fully refurbish your home from top to bottom and only use fully qualified tradesmen. We use high quality fixtures & fittings for our bathroom & kitchen refurbishments and 'A' rated glazing as standard. We are very proud to say that we are currently contracted to work for Brighton and Sussex University Hospital maintaining their buildings on and off site. Extensions Roof Installation

Completing the roof on the extension now gives us a true idea of the space that OPD has created for us. The work has been carried out in a truly professional manor, I can't recommend OPD highly enough

Steel installation

OPD had to install 4 steel girders for our extension, all in limited space. The task was completed very professionally with extra workers brought in when required. They identified a problem with an old extension and ensured that this was rectified before continuing

Replace old front door

Neil replaced our existing door with a new double glazed door The work was carried out to a very high standard and Neil ensured that we had a good understanding of how the door mechanism worked before leaving Great work, thank you

Replaced double glazing

I would recommend Neil and his team to anyone. The 7 new windows, 2 of them large bays, were fitted quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard of finish. At the end of each day our house was left clean and tidy.

Replacement doors

They replaced old wooden doors, back and front, with composite doors and new frames. They are brilliant and the quality of finish around the door frames is excellent. No more drafts!

Replacing existing wooden window with UPVC

This was not a straight forward job as we have lots of individual window casements. Replacing them turned out to be tricky but they did a great job paying attention to the details and aesthetics.

Repair tp gable end tiles and wood work

The roof was coming away at one end and they have replaced timber and reset tiles. The work done was brilliant and the quality of the finish was fantastic.

Decorating of exterior woodwork

We are very happy with the end result. The house looks much tidier now from the kerb. They did a great job!
