Organic Matters founded over 10 years ago. Specializing in Arboriculture (Tree Surgery) as well as having  landscaping and garden maintenance teams.

All related work is undertaken: Stump grinding, Felling, Tree surgery, Regular Maintenance, Landscaping (hard and soft)

All staff employed are either proven gardeners/tree surgeons/landscapers and / or fully qualified in their area of expertise

Founder Mark Haddock trained as a gardener in 1987 before attending University to study Environmental Science in which he gained a BSc Honours degree. Returning to work in the industry over 10 years ago.

4X Conifer tree Reduction

The firm was professional,competent very helpful and courtious. The men worked quickly, but took all necessary safety measures and on completion left the garden clean and tidy. Their vehicle, machinery and tools were well maintained and the men presented themselves in a neat manner wearing appropriate work gear. Highly recommended company.

Tree reduction and tree surgery, hedge trimming, tree reshaping

Mark was extremely friendly and informative when he came to quote. The work was carried out efficiently, to an extremely high standard (the end result looked much better than I had even imagined), he and his colleague were friendly, tidy and worked to an extremely high standard. I am sure tree surgery in high winds is not easy, but Mark worked to a highly professional standard. It was a pleasure to have him working here. I would happily recommend Organic Matters to friends, family and colleagues and will use this company again.

Reduction of Silver Birch trees and felling of ornamental plumb.

The trimming back of two large trees in our back garden and one in front

Organic matters were courteous and friendly and worked hard to make sure the work they did was left neatly. They kindly cut the wood they had felled into logs for us which was really useful. Looking at the risks they had to take to do the work I would say they charged us very fairly and worked hard too. I would recommend them and will use them again

Competitive quote. Excellent advice given on all trees. Contacted council for relevant paperwork. Efficient, polite, tidy and very friendly. Have already booked them for cherry tree in the spring.
