The firm was professional,competent very helpful and courtious. The men worked quickly, but took all necessary safety measures and on completion left the garden clean and tidy. The work was carried out efficiently, to an extremely high standard (the end result looked much better than I had even imagined), he and his colleague were friendly, tidy and worked to an extremely high standard. I am sure tree surgery in high winds is not easy, but Mark worked to a highly professional standard. It was a pleasure to have him working here. Mark Haddock and his team at Organic Matters did an excellent job pruning a delicate acacia deal bata tree in our rear garden. They handled the application to the Arboriculture Service at Brighton and Hove City Council to carry out work on the tree and performed the reduction in a confined space with a minimum of fuss. They cleaned up very well too. We will use them again.
