I feel disappointed in 'a rated' windows, as not very cold yet but have condensation.

With an 'A' rated frame and Argon Gas sealed units, you may get occasional condensation on the glass. However this is normally on the OUTSIDE of the sealed unit where the cold air is. I explained on my initial visit to the customers that 'A' rated frames and Argon Gas sealed units will reduce the majority of heat passing through their existing windows, and help keep the room warmer. But no Guarantee can be given to eliminate condensation. It Is common practice that on 'A' rated Argon Gas sealed units condensation will form on the outer pain, but will vanish when the sun comes out or when the wind blows. Condensation is an ongoing problem where a customer will not open a window for air circulation. Good quality double glazing that is 'A' rated will keep the heat inThe Glass and Glazing Federation have produced a leaflet on the causes of Condensation, which I have sent to the customersI feel It would of been courteous of the customer to have contacted my office to say that they had a problem or were concerned with condensation, It would of given me the chanceI have nothing to hide as this can happen at my own property, and if any customer wants to see this, then please contact me on 07778 285928 any time.
