Conservatory.
Five weeks to complete then only due to me phoning the shop to get the work done, workmen then saying 'not my job' no one inspecting finished product. It appears they have too much work and not enough workmen. I am finishing it myself. I would recommend them, but would have to say they are unreliable.

Response from Outside Interests:
Customer was informed at the beginning of the job that it would take approximately 3 weeks to do the bulk of the work. The job actually took 5 weeks as the builder had to do addtional work to the house to fit a door. The trader rang the customer concerned when he was informed that there was a timekeeping issue. He found that at no time were his workmen late to the job. The only problem was that the builder had to cancel one appointment but he had contacted the customer beforehand to explain and apologise. The trader has been round to inspect the work and has rectified a few small snagging issues.
