All craftsman were always very professional and polite and kept us well informed. The product is to a very high standard. However we were disappointed at the lack of visits from the project manager. Apart from the first site visit to establish the work required we have not seen the project manager and there has been no final work inspection. However we would have no problem recommending the company.

Having approached three conservatory companies, Outside Interests were the only company happy to design and build our conservatory to the plan that we wanted. All aspects of the build, from the foundations to erecting the framework and creating a bespoke glass partition within the structure, was carried out with skill and precision. We have deliberately not given feedback for one year as it is difficult to make judgements until the structure had faced inclement weather. So we are very pleased to report that it is not only fully water-tight but significantly warmer inside in winter, thanks to the high specification recommended by them. We can therefore confirm our full satisfaction with this company.

Estimate and workmanship on conservatory and windows was good. At the end of the job I had the electrics done by one of their workmen, and I paid him £205 for 2 and 1/2 hours work. I found this to be quite expensive. Their site foreman did not follow up any issues, did not call back when he said he would and so on. Conservatory completed in July and I am STILL waiting for the FENSA certificate, this is following four or five calls to their office. I spoke to FENSA this morning and FENSA informed me that they had not applied for the certificate. My biggest issue is with their customer care and follow up administration. I have no issues with the workmanship at all.

The electrician's costs included material costs and VAT. We did have an administrative problem which has since been resolved and the FENSA certificate has been registered.
