We are a small works building company with a combination of 30 years experience in domestic and site work.

We cover all aspects of property maintenance. Interior and exterior painting and decorating, wall and floor tiling,  plastic fascias and guttering, patios, brick work. fencing and garden reforms. General roof repairs, chimneys,              re-pointing etc.

Extremely high standards of work, polite, courteous and friendly and pleasant to have working in the house. Punctual, clean and tidy and always left the house clean and tidy. Flexible as well when we wanted to change our mind.

Replacewooden fence panels and re-align concrete fence posts.

As usual with Phil and Andy the work was carried out to a very high standard and they also were flexible when we had to change the date the work was carried out and the extent of the work to be carried out, We have not hesitation in recommending P&A Property Services.

Replace front door with a composite door fascias and soffit.

They were very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and were very reasonable. No pressure or hard sell. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will use them again.
