They came the day I called, bang on time.They swiftly assessed the problem (no hot water), had the part needed in the van and fitted it within half an hour. They were polite, friendly, and made no mess at all. Very impressed with the speed of service and the fact that they could come out (and fix the problem !) the same day. Fee was very reasonable considering the cost of the part. I will definately use them again. Nice lads.

Had a leak from the central heating system and water was starting to come through the ceiling, I rang Paul from P&R at 10pm on a Friday night and he came over within an hour, stopped the leak and come back on the Saturday morning to repair the pipe, would highly recommend.
