I feel that the work looked ok on the surface, but had a list of errors underneath. 80% of the job has had to be redone. He did not return my phone calls and made no attempt to fix the job.

In response to the customers comments, I did return to see the customer and offered to return to do the work of which he wasn't quite happy with. I explained that the job I was doing at that time was quite a big job, so it wouldnt be straight away. The customer said no problem come back at your convenience, the customer agreed with this arrangement. I did return and resolve the problem with the manhole cover. . The customer also mentioned that I did not install new steps, however this work was not on the original quote. Many months later and much rain had fallen, he started complaining again, and by this time I had done everything that was agreed with this job. In my opinion , this was the second job I had carried out and feel if my work was not satisfactory the first time around then, he would not have asked me to carry out the second job. I must also add that the customer paid in full at the end of both jobs. As you can see from my other customer reccommendations they are all positive. In my opinion, the customer was more then happy when I last saw him, and I feel unhappy that it has taken so long for the complaint to get to me.
