Several. Example: Hot water - but none! 2 expansion tanks removed + pump both were/are necessary
Incompetent Terrible. Awful, slow. Took 3 months to destroy plumbing - original for 7 bathrooms. I am handicapped/wheelchair and old therefore I could not see what he was doing in the garage. Stupidly I trusted him. Initially the hot water suppl was less and less. Eventually no hot water over Christmas. Work not completed. Installed floor heater but tripped plus others giving me heat rising from the ground floor. Tripped so cold. Umpteen times to fit TV, still wonky! Work/house was worse than when he began. Sad as I thought he had a nice manner, maybe just because I'm physically vulnerable.

No promised call back received.
On initially contacting this person I was told he had just returned from holiday and was having to wait for the result of his PCR test before resuming his work. He promised he would contact me in a few days. I heard nothing and so I called again leaving a message on his answer phone. To date I have not heard another thing from him. He had my mobile number and so he could have sent me a text if he didn't want to talk to me... .He sounded nice on the phone and I am very surprised and upset that he turned out to be so unprofessional.

Renew radiators
Paul is very reliable. His work in neat clean and of exceptionable quality. In the past few years he has renovated our kitchen and bathroom as well as a number of other improvements. I can recommend him and his work. We would always get him to quote for any home improvement job.

Very tidy and clean removal of radiators. Lovely new sensor light fitted with separate on/off switch.

Fitting pelmet to kitchen wall cabinets and fitting a door to an integrated dishwasher.
I was impressed with Paul's attention to detail when he undertook the work for us and we are very pleased with the end result. He will be carrying out some further work for us in the future.
