After the breakdown of my one year old boiler I need reliable plumbing work to overhaul the system. I asked PC Installations as I had been so pleased with their work on my kitchen installation in May 2011 and I felt I could trust them. . Paul was able to suggest modifications to my system which included a drainage system behind the kitchen units to the front of the house. Neat , invisible work and very practical. He also suggested automatic radiator bleed valves and a 'mobile' room thermostat, a new cost effective but good quality pump and air valves, and a magna clean filter. The result is amazing, I have a uniformly warm house and all the noisy gurgles have gone. I also have peace of mind that I can drain the system if ever necessary. PC Installations were also flexible to include other house jobs as required.It was excellent work which I have much appreciated and also very good value compared to former quotes.No mess either! Thank you

I found PC Installations via checkatrade. I had already had designs for my kitchen from Benchmark. Paul was able to see where these could be radically improved to maximise use of space and enhance the overall look. He started the work on time and was on site every day from 7.30am until the work was done(4 weeks) The work involved fitting the new kitchen, new electrics, plumbing, tiling and laying a new laminate floor. There was some replastering which was done by an excellent plasterer he recommended. Paul was externally tidy, clearing up every day and doing his best to minimise disruption. I was anxious that I employed someone who would be reliable, tidy and most of all very skilled to produce a first class finish, and I honestly believe I could not have found a better team than Paul and Ian. I would use them again and I would have no hesitation in recommending them unreservedly

We were absolutely delighted with the entire approach with this firm. They provided a professional quotation which although not the cheapest, it highlighted areas missed by other potentials. They kept us fully informed during the whole process. Their attention to detail and ensuring we were happy with the design and build was second to none. We are great believers in value for money and that one gets what one pays for. The added value they provide should not be under-estimated. This includes not only their professional, thorough, courteous and friendly approach but also the fact that they undertook all of the required trades themselves including carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing and gas work which meant that it was very well managed. Any inevitable glitches were easily ironed out and resolved efficiently and they were tidy at all times. Paul and Ian arrived on Monday 27th and set work on placing dust sheets. Very professional, so we got out of their way. On the 28th they arrived on time and continued with the job in hand. We were ask to have a look at the completed kitchen, and I can only describe our joy in the standard of workmanship and how our new kitchen looked.

PC Installations gave me most helpful preparatory advice, incorporating all my requirements into a final kitchen plan. Work was carried out to schedule. Paul and his partner Ian were helpful on a daily basis, checking that their work was to my liking, and were flexible about making changes as the work developed. The plumbing and electrical work was to a high standard, and the fitting of kitchen units and appliances carried out with great attention to detail.Further work was done to lay flooring through the living area in a most careful and professional manner. The house was cleared and tidied daily and all rubbish removed so I had no stress. The overall result was stunning. It completely transformed my house. I was delighted with the work. Now after 6 months I can say that everything works very well. The only minor problem being short life ceiling light bulbs which Paul arranged to be replaced free of charge. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend PC Installations.

I can't recommend the guys highly enough! Paul and Ian did a fantastic job - they were polite and courteous, tidy, conscientious and worked hard for the duration. They constantly checked that I was happy with how things were progressing and made useful suggestions for the design and layout. Not being from the area originally and therefore not knowing anybody local, I turned to Check a Trade, although I was fairly sceptical as to the standard of service I may receive. However, as soon as I met Paul my concerns were put to rest. I was impressed by the fact that he had already come up with a design idea in preparation for our first meeting. Paul then arranged for me to inspect some of his other work for previous clients so that I could get an idea of the quality and standard. Throughout the process, Paul explained what they were doing and happily answered any questions I had. They both have great attention to detail and are not happy until everything is perfect. All in all I couldn't be happier with the result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

Having fitted new radiators and flushed the system on a previous visit the firm offered to fit a new pump for free as the one fitted by a different firm just over a year ago was extremely noisy. A new pump was fitted and now works silently. We are very appreciative of PC Installations care and follow up. Would highly recommend them.
