A difficult job as the tap was stuck solid and Andy had to spend some time to free it up. Only then could the washer be replaced. A second visit was made as the tap had badly corroded inside and a few minutes extra work was required. This second visit was not charged for. All is now fine. I will use Andy again next time some plumbing is needed.

Andy went above and beyond what was expected of him. He commented that our hot water was excessively hot and whilst adjusting the temperature on the boiler/immersion heater, he noticed, and pointed out, a potentially dangerous wiring issue which had been perpetrated by another tradesman. Andy then specified what would be the appropriate remedial action to enable me to discuss the details with an electrician. I have already recommended Andy to a friend and would not hesitate to use him again.

Response from Perfect Heating & Plumbing:
In response to the customers estimating comment of being Charged more and not kept informed. I quoted £65 to service the customers boiler which was agreed. When I arrived, I found that the gas governor was faulty on the gas meter. I telephoned the gas company to arrange for this to be repaired free of charge. I then returned on another day to service the boiler and charged £65 but decided to only add £20 for the first visit.
