I expected to have to replace all the glass in a period door. And wooden surround. The pane of glass was matched much more accurately than had been done on an previous occasion. Old grouting was cleared out. The door now looks better than it has for years - and for much less than I had thought! Excellent work.

Estimate hard to give due to old glass (which may have broken during work) and old sash windows, so work done and price charged, no glass broken during work. Following a maintenance visit from a British Gas engineer, my gas boiler was classified "AT RISK" because of an undersized air vent. I contacted P J Norris who attended the same day, talked to the engineer and had a unit made up and fitted in 2 days! Excellent. I would recommend them.
