Installed condensing boiler and 2 new radiators.
Work fitted in with another job, untidy workmanship, have failed to respond to fix defective 3-port valve and ineffective radiator (6 Months), pass the buck between each co-owner - warranty useless.

Flushed system and changed pump.
Whilst they turned up on time and seemed to know what they were talking about they left us with 2 radiators not working and a very noisy pump. We have left numerous messages for them to call us to sort the problem but they have never returned our calls.

New central heating system
System installed Aug 2006, Work was ok, but cannot get them to remedy problems under the terms of the guarantee (valid for 5 years from date of installation), they just will not respond.
