Replaced circuit board on hot water system
Contacted Paul Monday morning and by 4pm the same day had fixed my hot water system. He also managed to source the replacement part cheaper than I had seen it for on the internet. Friendly service and would highly recommend to my friends.

Extractor fan installation, immersion heater connection, light fitting connection, new fuse box installed
Paul was brilliant. He was polite and friendly, being a woman I have encountered a lot of tradesmen in the past who are very unhelpful and unfriendly towards women. Paul was efficient, turned up on time, gave us really reasonable prices and the work was finished to an excellent standard.

Diagnosed boiler trouble and replaced fan promptly
Very courteous and diagnosed the problem instantly. Boiler was fixed 3 hours after initial call with no call out charge.

Gas pipe alteration / installing new electric oven
Paul has been servicing my boiler for several years.  I called him out to alter the gas pipe behind my oven so that I could have a new oven fitted. my old oven had died (it was 12 yrs old) and I was unable to get one with the same dimensions.  Paul arrived on time, fixed the gas pipe, and then said he would fit my new oven. by the time he left for his next job I was all ready to start cooking!  He is a very hardworking, reliable, genuine and cheery person; and my family and friends also call him out when they have a job for him. I recommend him to anyone that asks me, and have never had anything but good feedback from them.

Assessment of electrical, gas and heating system
Paul did show great flexibility regarding the day and time to do an assessment of the electrical, gas and heating system for a house we plan to buy. We needed it to an extent which goes beyond the usual requirements. He did the assessment in high quality, gave us a good understanding of the situation and provided an easy to understand professional report very fast (less then 24 hours). We would highly recommend him. He is flexible, reliable and provides high quality.
