Fitted gas hob; adapted gas supply pipe remove / refitted cooker

Paul arrived early removed the built-in cooker, fitted new gas hob, adapted the gas supply to suit the built in cooker below (which was slightly deeper than the original). Also changed the hard wired supply to a socket so that he didn't need to remove the plug from the new hob which as Paul advised may have invalidated the warrantee. Excellent workmanship and would use PMH again.

Replace FSD in cooker

No call out charge to inspect problem, very professional approach to the work and kept me well informed. Workmanship excellent and checked everything was working well before departing. I would highly recommend this service.

Fitted mains gas cooker/supplied hoses

Paul is courteous and punctual. The parts were charged to me at the same price he paid to his supplier. Unusual to find no mark up in this day and age. His telephone estimate was exactly what he charged and his estimate was the best one. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and would definitely use his services again.

5 replacement radiators

Paul Hirst is very polite, reliable and gave exact details on the quotation for work required. I am very pleased with the standard of work, which was carried out in a very efficient manner. The radiators and equipment needed were supplied by Paul, there was very little clearing up to be done after the work was completed. Paul checked the central heating system as a whole and I must say the system is working more efficiently now. The next day Paul re visited to check that all was ok.

Check of electrical installation and equipment for a let property

Paul was extremely efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to offer extra help and information. While he was completing an electrical check it became clear a boiler had broken and he repaired it there and then. I would certainly recommend Paul.

Installation of an electric oven and gas hob

Paul is always very pleasant and friendly. Work was carried out efficiently even though the job threw up some unexpected issues, but these were resolved without a problem. Paul was happy to answer any questions we had and even helped load the old oven into our car. All this for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommended P M H Gas and electrical Ltd!
