A highly recommended company. I engaged PRC Electrical Services to fit a 10 panel Solar PV system. I found Paul to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. The price quoted was very reasonable, and the works were carried out to a very high standard. He supplied the relevant hand over pack and diagrams required to display with the system. I would highly recommend this company. Paul Colwell is an extremely genuine tradesman, who clearly has a wide wealth of knowledge. His cost was very low and even was prepared to come out and see us on a Sunday afternoon, at no extra cost. Paul was very efficient when arranging visit time and was always courteous. He was waiting for me when I arrived home, 15 minutes before the appointed time. He was really helpful and polite and fitted my light fitting for me even though it was a hangover from our conservatory fitting from a different electrician. Having to run a busy coffee shop and cafe, the last thing I needed was the lights to keep going out. I called Paul who understood my needs and scheduled a visit the same day. Having arrived when he said he would (!!!!) I thought he would simply look and quote for the job in order to book me in at a later date. However with tools in hand he identified the issue and provided me with a number of solutions to rectify the issue, from which I was able to pick one that suited my budget and needs. Paul came out to have a look at the problem within half an hour of our call to him. He spent 45 minutes finding the problem which as it was a supply issue he couldn't sort, He kindly called southern electric for us to get an emergency engineer out to sort the problem. He did not charge us for his time which was extraordinarily unexpected. Could not recommend him high enough and will be using him in the future for some other work we require.
