Pete had to work very hard on this one as the controllers would not work properly. He finally got it right with controller number three, and the system now works 100%. Despite all this he kept to his original quote. Pete is a very good tradesman, who is very good at solving problems as he meets them. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any work, large or small. Thanks Pete for another really good job.

We had water leaking out of a pipe in our hallway all over the oak flooring. I called Pete and he was there within an hour, he drained our central heating system, repaired the pipe work and refilled the system. This was all done very quickly and with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend PSP.

He's reliable, honest, good value for money and it's a huge relief (as a single woman) to have found someone I know I can trust and who won't rip me off ! This work was spread over a little while, to suit both parties. The main job, the en-suite, was done extremely well, and it is a joy to look at the finished room. Pete did a first class job and I am happy to recommend him for any work of this type. The other work was done with the minimum of disruption, particularly as he was working round us for much of the time. Again, excellent work. Pete is a very pleasant man who gets on with the job, but always has time to discuss any points which may arise.

Peter came to measure and price the job and his quote was with us via e-mail within 30 mins of him leaving our house. He recommended a couple of bathroom suppliers to us and we ordered our goods from one of them, doing this means Peter is not VAT registered so that saves you money. I e-mailed him with several questions and he always got back to me within that day. He was always on time, polite and hard working. You could tell he knew his trade well. Had a few minor problems which he sorted out easily and promptly. I have no problems in recommending Peter to anyone and I will certainly be calling on him in the future if we need a plumber.

PSP came in after the wall between toilet and bathroom had been knocked down (see ~Quay Point on Checkatrade). Walls tiled. Floor tiled new bath, basin and toilet fitted with units. Some extra work done as agreed. The job is now finished and we are delighted with the job. We have no hesitation in recommending PSP to any prospective clients. Peter is personable, friendly and polite. He also enjoys drinking alot of tea!

Friendly service, they explained exactly what would be done, when it would be done and how much disruption to expect. It was spot on. Despite running into a couple of unforeseen problems which complicated the job and resulted in the addition of a condensate pump I was charged as quoted. I have called Pete for advice several times, (to talk us through changing CH and HW programmes etc) and he always answered courteously and followed up as necessary. I will definitely use them again. The work was the refurbishment of an ensuite bathroom, and two downstairs cloakrooms. The ensuite involved considerable tiling, as well as reconfiguration of plumbing and sanitary ware. The main cloakroom also included complex marble floor tiling. All of these jobs were completed to our entire satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pete.
