The original site visit was promptly arranged, the estimate submitted without delay, and once we had decided to go ahead , all the complex paperwork was executed efficiently. The installation team worked fast and effectively, and did a first-rate, professional job. 2 fitters, gregg and matt turned up just past 8am. Were polite, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable,they explained the different layouts available to suit my roof and we made a choice, they quickly set about work and gregg had given a forecast time to be finished of around 2 pm, and I left them to go to work, at 2.05 I got a phone call to say it was complete, so I returned, had all the equipment explained to me and shown, house was clean and tidy as was the garden i work in the construction industry myself so know the importance of reputation, I have found everyone associated to the firm an absolute credit, and josie in the office helped with all the paperwork, beyond the normal service that most companies offer superb company no doubt

At an extremely busy time brought about by decisions beyond the firm's control, the team remained prompt, reliable,courteous and worked hard for two days to solve problems of access to a high top roof made slippery by frost and occasional sleet. They adapted the proposed layout plan to suit my needs and explained every step clearly. The paperwork was dealt with extremely quickly and Paarl has been most helpful in co-operating when a deteriorating chimney (noticed by one of the team - thank you) was demolished after the work had finished.

The workmen travelled from Surrey up to North East Derbyshire and arrived at 7.45am. They were expertise exemplified - they all knew what to do and how to do it without making any problems. They were courteous, very tidy, and a real pleasure to have working on my house. The quality of their work was excellent and, because they all knew their jobs, they got the work done in exceptional time. If you ever need solar panels fitting, get hold of these guys.
