Internal conversion

This was a 6 month project to convert the living room to a kitchen, change many windows, add a bathroom, alter a bathroom, alter a staircase etc all while we were in occupation and at the same time add a 2 storey extension. Potentially this could have been difficult for us if Tony and his team had not been such a good people to have around, always considerate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of finish was excellent. He met a tight deadline for completing and even came to do a really thorough clean one weekend while we were away. Tony always took personal responsibility for what was going on. If ever he wasn't coming on site (very rarely) he would always let us know in advance. He is a good communicator and leads a great team. I recommend him highly.

2 storey extension

Tony was a great guy to have on this large job. Even when other trades were working he was always there, first to arrive, last to leave. I felt I could always ask him questions and discuss the work. He was always courteous however simple the question. He has a keen eye for quality of workmanship. Working to a tight schedule he met deadlines. We are very pleased with the result and I strongly recommend this firm

Resiting first floor toilet; reconfiguring bathroom; resiting hot water tank to a bedroom; replumbing

Tony's eye for detail, control of his team and obvious pride in his work manifested itself in an excellent high quality completed job. His courtesy, punctuality and sensitivity to his customer's activities and routines are of a very high standard. He is a 'man of his word ' and I have no hesitation in recommending his services for internal and external building work.

Partial knock-through / create opening between kitchen and dinning room

Completely gutted and refurbished old kitchen and added double doors to outside patio. New bathroom and also new wet room. Roof fixed for leaks.

Very reliable, very tidy, organised, helpful, honourable workmanship. Once a quote was given, Tony stuck to his word. He has a great team of workmen to call upon. The best experience we have ever had when it comes to home renovations - would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paladine for any construction work.
