The work was to install new doors and windows for the whole house including the new extension. They had to come back many times due to issues with the building work but did so without complaint. They really went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough. We have had windows replaced by cowboys in the past. Believe me, going with a professional unit like P&P makes a massive difference.

We used P&P many years ago to install replacement windows and have been very pleased with the results. When we came to look at suppliers for a conservatory and linked bay window we found that P&P were best able to come up with a design to suit our needs, while at acceptable cost. They came up with a very good design, to handle the challenges of the location. Installation was very professional and to high standard. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend.

Love my new windows so much! The UPVC sliding sashes are particularly great - admired by everyone. One builder, looking from a few feet away, assumed they were wood and was amazed when I put him straight! P and P were really helpful between sign-off and installation, managing to get an 11th hour change to my order when I changed my mind about a specification. Will definitely use them again for future work.

Response from P&P Glass Ltd:
Work involved single glazed painted timer windows on a listed property. We have had problems with sourcing correct materials for job from specialist suppliers which caused the delays and therefore this is out of our control. We have been in contact witht he client throughout the contract and this report was submitted while the work was still in progress. Solutions to problems with original installtion have been agreed and remedial work work has been completed. there remains some final decorating which has been delayed due to bad weather and access. Work will be completed by 20 October......
