Fitted complete new exhaust and replaced a worn bearing (steering)
Total satisfaction! I was given a courteous and friendly welcome. The work was done quickly and the problems I had been having with horrible noises from the steering and the exhaust were eliminated. I feel that I'm now driving a new car - despite the fact that it's 14 years old! They kept to their quote. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future and would happily recommend them to other. Thank you!

Alternator replacement
Never gave a quote or details of examination. They just took the other companies word for it that the alternator was at fault, even though it was suspected.

Response from Patcham Garage:
The customers alternator was checked to see if it was charging, and it wasn’t. When the customer was followed to the garage by the recovery vehicle, we advised we would check it and call him first, the customer advised us the work need to be done so we went ahead and completed the work. When we contacted the customer to let him know it was ready, he advised us he could have used second-hand parts, we advised the customer second-hand parts would not be covered by a warranty. The alternator is now charging and the car is running. We feel the rate of 8 out of 10 is disappointing.
