Boiler installation

Very considerate team of installers who kept us both informed and warm on one of the coldest days to date. Not only did they do a good job but they were polite, punctual and tidied up after the installation was done. First rate team and would highly recommend.

Cleared dirt from venturi preventing ignition mechanism from working

Came out the same day (Saturday) the boiler failed. Listened carefully to description of fault finding already carried out. Quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it. Waited to make sure the boiler was reaching temperature. Phoned a few hours later to ensure there were no further complications.

They arrived half an hour later than arranged apologised were very polite, completed the job and left the boiler in good working order, very helpful and efficient. I would recommend this company.
