Once I accepted their written quote the boiler was fitted the next day! The guys had a to overcome a problem caused due to the way the old boiler was installed, so it took longer than expected. No complaints from them, they just got on and completed the work to a high standard. Asked for valves on several radiators to be changed (additional to quote), work was done there and then and a new written quote supplied the same day. Very impressed with Patterson Heating. Will be using them again in the future.

I'm very impressed. Well done! My boiler stopped working so I emailed Mr Patterson and his office responded within hours. He came to my home the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem so my boiler was fixed and serviced straight away. A fast, proffessional and competent service from this small team of engineers.

My boiler packed in one afternoon and Patterson Heating were willing to come out the very next morning - British Gas were going to take 4 days! The office phoned me ahead of the engineer arriving to say he was on his way - very impressed with that service. The engineer was efficient at locating the problem and at fixing it and even explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Price was very reasonable, more so considering the urgent nature of the problem and the outside temperature that the engineer was working in! The office also phoned me later the same day to check the boiler was still working okay - extremely impressed with their afterservice care.

Came out the same day (Saturday) the boiler failed. Listened carefully to description of fault finding already carried out. Quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it. Waited to make sure the boiler was reaching temperature. Phoned a few hours later to ensure there were no further complications.

James and Simon who did the work kept us informed about all the workand had a small challenge when they had to re-site the boiler and re-supply the heating system. They did this really neat and efficiently. Really friendly and fine to work in the house when we went out.They even came back after 7pm to explain the heating control panel. Would recommend to anyone and we plan to use them again soon to do our bathroom.

We had water leaking from the bathroom downstairs into the main fuse box. Tried calling several people on checkatrade who stated in their profile that they give 24hour emergency service, but only Patterson Heating Engineers were actually willing to come out. Within 30 minutes of making the call, 2 very nice polite and knowledgeable engineers turned up. They fixed the leak promptly, and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Patterson Heating Engineers
