Single storey rear extension
Paul is a friendly, polite and honest builder who takes pride in his work. He started work on site and stayed on our job until it was finished. Any problems encountered were resolved easily and we were kept informed at all times. I would recommend Paul Edward Construction.

Building of garage and utility room
We are delighted with the outcome of the project. Quality of the work is very good. Another contractor who originally quoted for the project has since complemented us on how well it ties in with the existing building. Brilliant at taking problems away and solving them. We encountered a number of unforeseen issues during the build which Paul quickly proposed and managed solutions for. Good advice. Paul proposed a number of changes to our original plans during the course of the project which he felt would give us a better overall result. We are delighted with the outcome of all of these. Nice people to have on site. The whole team were very respectful of the fact that we were living in the house with young children. They did their best to minimise the impact of the project on our day to day life.

Two storey side extension
The extension is beautiful. The roof looks like it has been there all the time. The new bricks are an exact match to the originals. The tiling in the bathroom is superb. The builders arrived on time every day, they started and finished the work exactly when they said. There were no dead days with no progress on the work. The project management was like clockwork. My only comment is to check exactly what is in the quote and what is not. However, the price of what was quoted was adhered to.

refurbishment of near derelict garage
I had my doubts whether my garage could be saved but WOW, what a job these guys did.
Always showed even if rain stopped play and always available on the phone.
Wish I had had the garage done sooner now as it's lovely.
Prices as quoted, professional, friendly, curteous and very tidy.
Get a quote you won't be disapointed.

extension and fitted kitchen
I cannot fault Paul Herring and his team on the work they did building my extension. Work was started on time and he did not leave for any other job until mine was finished. They were here by 8.30 every morning. There was minimum disruption to us and the rest of the house and they were very tidy workers. Paul was very patient in answering my endless questions and because he was here every day any little queries or problems were easily sorted without any delay. The kitchen was fitted to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Paul Edward construction.

Kitchen extension and fitting, loft conversion, re-pointing of brickwork, installation of new cylinder
This firm has in fact done three jobs for me over two years, and the work has always been excellent. They are very friendly, honest and trustworthy. They had a key to the house to let themselves in each time as I work all day, and also while I went on holiday for two weeks.
I cannot fault either member of the firms courtesy and time keeping. They have also given me a lot of help and sound advice on a wide range of things concerning my property.
My family and friends are most impressed with the kitchen and the brickwork looks like a new build.
