Called round to quote very quickly. Re-visited to finalise choice of goods and furniture when he said he would. Gave a really professional and detailed quote on headed notepaper. Said that there would be someone on site every day until the work was completed (which there was). Finally I was very impressed that he completely accepted full responsibility for any problems and said he would deal with any manufacturers if replacement parts became necessary. He was a little more expensive that the other quotes we got but the service he offers is worth the extra.
