I offered to send the glazier back out to attend to the leadwork but the customer has already done it himself, so we did not receive the chance to return or a phone call from him The customer had signed our work completion form when we had finished and commented he had visually inspected work, which looked ok On talking to the customer he said that he was aware and had appreciated that the leadwork would look different to before we started the work, as it had to be moved out of the way and dressed back down once the glass had been fitted. He also said he was glad I had rang and our response was positive and a good approach
