As an ex builder he's got a sensible approach to building costs which was important for this project, he took on board all of our requirements of both space, cost and style. The other great thing about the way Paul works is that he is flexible and he tweaked many small details without problem for the final version of the plans. We had considered a number of companies for the drawing up of these plans but when we found Paul, we were confident that he was the right person for the work. We were very pleased with the final plans.

I had difficulty finding an architect that someone could recommend. I found Paul via Checkatrade and I cannot praise him more highly. He immediately understood my requirements and he provided me with several options, all of which were better than I had envisaged. He had excellent tools to work with and took time to talk through the options and modify them with me present so that I could make rapid decisions. The work was completed in a very short period and I felt totally engaged throughout. He works very quickly and made the whole process simple and straightforward. Paul has a vast knowledge and a good network of contacts, so he has been able to advise me on sourcing products and specialists, and I really cannot fault him.

I left it with Paul to organise a new house Survey with the estate agents and within two days he had organised and completed the survey. He thoroughly surveyed the property even taking over 70 pictures to highlight different aspects good and bad with the property. This made it much easier to negotiate a price with the vendors and make a sensible decision. Excellent service from start to finish and for a fair price. I will certainly be calling him in the future to complete building work.

Paul produced excellent designs for the entrance and porch for my Bungalow. He understood what I was hoping to achieve and the build did not disappoint. The electrical work was organised and completed at the appropriate point. Paul made suggestions and sourced a quality door but was happy for me to provide the furniture which he then fitted. He works in a tidy fashion and to a high standard.
