Alex is really friendly, charming and efficient. I initially emailed him to ask for a visit and quote and he called the very next day to arrange to come to the house at my convenience. The day before the visit, I received a confirmation text with the precise time that he would be arriving. Alex then arrived on time on the day. Alex quickly was able to give a quote and cleaned my windows straight away. They've never looked so clean! It was a speedy but excellent job and he will be coming back every 8 weeks for more cleaning sessions. The price of the job is very reasonable. I would gladly recommend Alex to anyone.

The carpets in question had a couple of years ground in dirt and many paint spills from redecorating due to it being a rental property. On this basis I wasn't sure what to expect. Credit to Alex the carpets were spotless and I will now use him for all future work! Thanks!

Having spilt red wine over my new cream carpet, I called PCCOM who gave me instructions to check first whether it was likely the stain could be removed. Having identified this, the PCCOM team came out and bought the carpet back up to as good as new, and also recommended ways to keep my carpet in tip top condition! Alex and his team performed miracles! Having moved into the house 2 days previous, the carpets were really beyond dirty. Having read PC Com's feedback we thought we would try them out before deciding if we would have to replace all the carpets. The results were fantastic and we now only have to replace 1 carpet in the whole house and this is due to burn marks not stains!. Alex is coming back to do the conservatory in a couple of weeks and we are sure the results will be as equally fantastic. Will use again and would highly recommend. Thank you!
