Set up new laptop and fix a slow desktop pc
Walter was incredibly helpful and solved our long list of problems effortlessly and efficiently.  His knowledge was impressive but he didn't talk down to us, even though we are no Einstein's when it comes to Computers. An excellent service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Solved problems with our email system.
Walter was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.  He knew instantly how to solve the problems we had been having with our email when BT had been unable to! He also carried out other maintenance of our pc and laptop to ensure they ran more effectively.  I honestly could not fault the service in any way.
