Replaced power supply unit in PC.
Very impressed. Arrival was punctual, work was calm and professional and PC was back up and running very quickly. This is an excellent service - home visit and value for money. Recommended.

Re-sized laptop partions and advised on 2nd PC
A very good company who give value and great service. Walter managed to free my laptop so I now have a huge amount of memory. He also updated all software where applicable and provided excellent advice on the purchase of a second PC for our son.

PC wouldn't start up properly and graphics card not working
First class service. Turned up on time despite atrocious weather and difficult driving conditions. Everything sorted out and updated, including transferring all data to laptop and linking laptop to printer.

Diagnose and attempt repair of laptop screen with faulty backlight
Was unable to repair on site due to nature of fault so took laptop away.  Was unable to source replacement part other than from manufacturer but, due to high price, checked whether I wished to proceed (I did not). Laptop returned promptly, and fall or nominal 'call-out' charge.  Great customer service! Thanks.

Reduced start up time by un-installing obsolete programmes and updating others.  Upgraded RAM to 1GB.  Cleaned DVD drive.
Walter was very friendly and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it and also gave me lots of useful tips. The machine is now working much faster - thank you very much.
