Update problems requiring re-installation of programme
Walter was wonderful - professional and courteous - in dealing with a computer that has been a problem from the start some 2 years ago. Since the problems were too great to fix on site the computer went away but I was updated on its progress and the whole process was less aggravating than I expected - thank you.
