As soon as I knew I might need some help, I was able to book an appointment and Walter, asked for by name by me, arrived as he always does, pleasant, on time, and went through everything with me. Arrived an hour early. Very polite. Fixed problem quickly. Also tried to speed up my old Dell computer by adding RAM but when this made no significant difference told I would not be cost effective. That's what impressed me most, honesty. It would be easy to make a few extra quid from people who know next to nothing about computers. Advised me about ways to protect and clean up the computer. All done within the hour and about £50 cheaper than another quote I had. Highly recommended.

In my opinion I feel that failed to repair - just whipped the hard drive and re installed windows xp. Resulting in lost data/programmes. Not kept informed, and denied opportunity to send drive to specialist data recorder firm. Cost excessive for work done. I could have easily re-installed from boot disc.

Engineer was extremely courteous and explained in great detail what was wrong with the PC and how he was repairing it. He did not waste time but showed his skill and expertise. He demonstrated how to use media player icons which were not needed were taken away or moved. As I am not IT literate the engineer put me at ease which helped a lot. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone and if needed will phone immediately rather than wait for friends.

We had the whole house rewired and had internet put into 4 rooms - but it needed to be made 'live' - and 'split' from the main router round the rest of the house. We had Walter from PC Help@ home who persevered through various problems (caused by the electrician!) to make sure we finally got internet in all the right rooms and the possibility of adding an extra phone. Very helpful and positive. He also spotted our wireless was not sufficiently protected and raised its protection levels which was very kind. Pleased to have found someone who know what they are doing in this type of work!

I was very pleased. I left a message yesterday evening, and Daniel was here by late morning. He identified and fixed a problem with computer start-up (something to do with a non-functioning user profile), and also did some work on a second computer (added wireless card and extra memory) which made it fully functional again. The computer had been slow running and then the disc drive broke trapping the CD and on it all the valuable work that my daughter was preparing for her dancing teacher exams which were due to take place at the end of that week!.
