Diagnose and attempt repair of laptop screen with faulty backlight
Was unable to repair on site due to nature of fault so took laptop away. Was unable to source replacement part other than from manufacturer but, due to high price, checked whether I wished to proceed (I did not). Laptop returned promptly, and fall or nominal 'call-out' charge. Great customer service! Thanks.

reorganised hard drive to enable pc to work more effectively
requested the work to be done as I was having problems obtaining program updates. Walter did the work very efficiently except that the update was set off as he left and still did not work, He did return and correct this within 2 hours.
However, when I tried to use Excel, which is the program I use the most, somehow it had been deleted. Fortunately the next morning I found the program disk and was able to re-install it myself.

I was on the verge of buying a new PC but Daniel was free with his technical advice on the 'phone and decide that he could resolve my problems without prohibitive pricing.
